The committee of the First International Congress on the Outstanding Scientist Martyr Hasan Tehrani Moghadam announced that the dean of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University and the secretary general of the congress, Dr. Mahdinejad, and the head of the congress policy council, Dr. Mohamad Tehrani Moghadam, saw off the pilgrims of the holy shrine of Imam Hossein on the day of Arbaeen on August 27th, 2023. First, Hojjat al-Eslam Ebrahimi, the vice president of the office of the supreme leader in university presented a lecture. Afterwards, Dr. Mahdinejad and Dr. Tehrani Moghadam gave a lecture and highlighted the significance of the congress and announced the pilgrims of the university as the messenger of this important event in Arbaeen Pilgrimage. It is worth mentioning that 200 pilgrims were sent to Arbaeen Pilgrimage having the congress posters, written in three languages (Persian, English, and Arabic) on their backpacks.

As a young man, he started studying industrial engineering in Nafissi Higher Education Institution in 1979 and had passed his BA courses in foundry engineering in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University between 1990-1995.
