The news committee of the congress, the 11^th meeting of the policymaking council of the 1^st international congress on the outstanding scientist martyr Hasan Tehrani Moghadam was held on Monday, August 28^th, 2023 in Bahonar Hall, Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University. The meeting started with welcoming lecture of Dr. Mahdinejad, the dean of the university and the head of the congress, followed by General Tehrani Moghadam’s presentation of a report of the ten previously held meetings. Afterwards, Dr. Yousefnoori, the member of the policymaking council of the congress, elaborated on the procedures of forming the council by the presence of the minster of education, a number of ministers and civil and military figures. Then, Dr. Ghorbani, the executive secretary, and Dr. Khademi, the scientific secretary, presented their reports. Moreover, Hojjat Al-Eslam Sadr Fatemi, presented a report of the international affairs of the congress and appreciated the cooperation of the international center of the ministry of education and ICESCO and presented a report of 165 pilgrims who headed for Arbaeen Pilgrimage. Furthermore, short lectures were presented by General Khadem Hosseini from the Social Research Institution of Tehran University, Ahmad Rameh, the research vice president of IRGC Air Force University, General Balali, the representative of the IRGC Air Force Commander, and two faculty members as Martyr Tehrani Moghadam’s contemporaries in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (Dr. Faramarz Ansary and Dr. Hossein Kalantar). The martyr’s contemporaries described martyr Tehrani Moghadam as a smart, creative, innovative, hardworking, and virtuous person who pursued his dreams with a strong will. Ali Tehrani Moghadam presented a report as well. Dr. Farshid Tahmasbi, the Administrative Vice President of the university and the head of the committee of the students in the congress, explained the special model which is going to be granted to the students, university students, and faculty members of administrative staff with the level of Martyr Tehrani Moghadam, which was formed based on six areas mentioned in the document of the evolution of basic education.

Finally, the chief commander, Dr. Safavi started his speech with relevant poems to martyrs, written by Alireza Ghazveh. He, on behalf of the Supreme Leader, conveyed his greetings and prayers and referred to the pushing forces of the dictators. 

He stated that using missiles and drones has changed the distribution of power in our region and we are no longer in the status of defense; rather, we adopted the offensive approach.

He also referred to the Supreme Leader’s partiality for Martyr Tehrani Moghadam and said that holding such a congress must aim to bring about the youth prepared for playing an active role in the resistance front since almost half of the population are below 40.

Dr. Safavi highlighted the significance of submitting articles to the congress and appreciated the cooperation of ICESCO and emphasized on the presence of the international figures in the scientific board of the congress.

He also asserted the importance of paying attention to seventy martyrs of the university and inviting their families. He stated that thinking, ethical issues, lifestyle, and performance of the martyrs must be transferred to the contemporary generation.

He referred to the close link between the Islamic revolution, holy defense, resistance front, and the appearance of Imam Zaman and continued, “the outcome of the holy defense includes the resistance front and Martyr Soleimani. When Ayatollah Khomeini believed that reaching Ghods is possible by reaching Karbala, the results can be witnessed in Arbaeen Pilgrimage in which billions of people participate. Many have been martyred to make this possible.”

He stated that we had no access to missiles when we confronted Iraqi’s army. Hence, we appealed to Bashar Asad in Syria so that they would buy missiles for us which did not happen. This was why 13 commanders, including Martyr Tehrani Moghadam, were sent to Syria to be trained. They returned and succeeded and could make missiles by reverse engineering.

Martyre Tehrani Moghadam was a role model and a great teacher who was trained well and also trained others and this is why we have access to missiles now.

Martyre Tehrani Moghadam was a friendly person in his family; he was a great man of ethics and thus, he acts as a great model of a perfect man. Dr. Safavi referred to Maryr Tehrani Moghadam’s heartfelt attachment to Hazat-e Zahra. He was concerned with both his physical and mental health. He was interested in climbing and could reach the peaks of Damavand and Binalood.

He asserted that our county is in need of such figures as Martyr Tehrani Moghadam to overcome the challenges and reach the optimal condition.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Roshan Ahmadi was accredited as the head of the committee of scientific cooperations of the congress by Dr. Mahdinejad. Moreover, the devoted servant of Shahcheragh Holy Shrine, who faced the terrorist, that recently attached the pilgrims, was revered:

The past four decades of development in this country were the results of sacrifices of such great men like you.

We appreciate your selfless and brave action in facing the terrorist who attacked the pilgrims of Shahcheragh Holy Shrine. We revere your valuable attempt and we wish you all the best.

It is worth noting that the First International Congress on the Outstanding Scientist Martyr Hasan Tehrani Moghadam, as the pioneer of the missile industry and the late commander of the Research and Self-sufficiency Jihad Organization of IRGC, will be held in the twelfth  anniversary of this dignified martyr by Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (where he was educated) and the Organization for the Preservation and Publication of Martyr Tehrani Moghadam and his Fellows Works and Values (Ghadir Martyrs Organization) and with the cooperation of universities and scientific institutions and has five main topics including right-centeredness and Walayat-orientedness, leadership model and management styles, morality and family-centeredness, horizons, goals, and strategies, and innovation, creativity and science-based products and 30 minor topics in 12 scientific, literary, artistic, and media sections (i.e. books, articles, MA theses and PhD dissertations, strategic notes and reports, infographic design, motion graphics, music videos and clips, photos, personal notes, short stories, poems, and anthems) and a special section on architectural design of the Martyr Tehran Moghadam memorial and scientific-technological-cultural complex and a special medal for the students, university students, faculty members and administrators. The committee invite the academia, university students, students, and those who are interested in knowing the Martyr Tehrani Moghadam in Iran and abroad to submit their works in the abovementioned formats. The deadline for submitting the works is October 14^th, 2023. The closing ceremony will be held on November 13^th, 2023.
