The committee of the First International Congress on the Outstanding Scientist Martyr Hasan Tehrani Moghadam announced that the 12^th meeting of the policymaking council was held. First, Dr. Ghorbani, the vice president of the research and technology affairs of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University and the executive secretary of the congress presented a report of the formation of the committee since May 27^th, 2023 till now and provided some suggestions for holding the congress better. He highlighted the importance of taking advantage of the human resources (i.e. faculty members, university students’ centers), observing ISC standards to improve the quantity and quality of articles, employing the interactional potentials of the university at the international scale (particularly the concept of resistance), and considering the deadlines. Following that, Hojat Al-Eslam Zeinali, the representative of the office of the Supreme Leader in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University and a member of the policymaking council, Dr. Khademi, the scientific Secretary, Dr. Tahmasbi, the head of the students committee, Dr. Esmaeelpour, the head of the procurement management, Dr. Ghorban, the member of the policymaking council, Dr. Salavati, head of the cultural committee, Dr. Taghiyari, the head of the international affairs, presented their ideas. Ali Tehrani Moghadam, the head of the Information Committee, presented a complete report of the procedures that have been taken so far. He emphasized on taking full advantage of all the available resources in social media, national media, and advertisement. He also mentioned that the political deputy (RRIB and News Channel), Vice President of the IRIB (local channels), and Vice President of global channels (Al-Alam, Al-Kowsar, Persian and Arabic ifilm, Sahar, Jam-e-Jam, Press TV, Hispan TV, etc.), Vice President of the provincial channels, and the Public Relations Department of the IRIB cooperate with the congress. He added that environmental announcements will be provided after Arbaeen in subway. The Office of International Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Research will also send the congress announcement posters to other foreign universities. He also pointed to the activation of the Arabic and English websites at conghtm.sru.ac.ir.

At the end, the administrative certificates were granted to the following individuals:

Dr. Amir Hossein Mansoori Noori, a PhD graduate of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University, as a member of the scientific chair (recommended by Dr. Khademi)

Ms. Naseri, the expert in faculty of humanities in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University as the head of the scientific chair of the congress (recommended by Dr. Khademi)

Mr. Abas Moradi, the expert of the journal of the physical education faculty of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University as the head of administrative and executive affairs of the Information Committee (recommended by the information committee members)

It is worth noting that the First International Congress on the Outstanding Scientist Martyr Hasan Tehrani Moghadam, as the pioneer of the missile industry and the late commander of the Research and Self-sufficiency Jihad Organization of IRGC, will be held in the twelfth  anniversary of this dignified martyr by Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (where he was educated) and the Organization for the Preservation and Publication of Martyr Tehrani Moghadam and his Fellows Works and Values (Ghadir Martyrs Organization) and with the cooperation of universities and scientific institutions and has five main topics including right-centeredness and Walayat-orientedness, leadership model and management styles, morality and family-centeredness, horizons, goals, and strategies, and innovation, creativity and science-based products and 30 minor topics in 12 scientific, literary, artistic, and media sections (i.e. books, articles, MA theses and PhD dissertations, strategic notes and reports, infographic design, motion graphics, music videos and clips, photos, personal notes, short stories, poems, and anthems) and a special section on architectural design of the Martyr Tehran Moghadam memorial and scientific-technological-cultural complex and a special medal for the students, university students, faculty members and administrators. The committee invite the academia, university students, students, and those who are interested in knowing the Martyr Tehrani Moghadam in Iran and abroad to submit their works in the abovementioned formats. The deadline for submitting the works is October 14^th, 2023. The closing ceremony will be held on November 13^th, 2023.
