The committee of the congress reported that Hojat Al-eslam Mousavizade, the head of the international preaching of the seminaries announced the full cooperation of the center of communication and international affairs of the seminaries to hold the congress.

In this meeting, Dr. Mahdinejad, the dean of the university and the head of the congress, Hojat Al-eslam Fazali, the representative of the office of the Supreme Leader in Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University and a member of the policymaking council, General Tehrani Moghaddam, the head of the policymaking council, Dr. Ghorbani, the executive secretary, Dr. Khademi, the scientific secretary, and Dr. Taghiyari, the head of the scientific and international cooperation of university were present.

First, Dr. Mahdinejad highlighted the significance of holding the congress and acknowledged the cooperation between the university and seminary. Dr. Ghorbani reported on the status of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University as the 1200^th of the 7000 top universities across the world, and 150^th rank in Green Metric and the 4^th rank among the technical universities and acknowledged the cooperation contract between seminary and the university. Hojat Al-eslam Mousavizadeh also referred to martyr Tehrani Mogahddam as a distinguished scientist who proved the motto of “WE CAN” and announced the cooperation of more than 100 global organizations for holding the congress. Moreover, Hojat Al-eslam Fazali presented a lecture and emphasized on the role of the congress in recognizing the university at the global scale. Dr. Taghiyar also presented some suggestions to expand the international cooperations. Following that, Dr. Khademi highlighted the academic and scientific language of the congress and referred to the necessity of disseminating the congress news in seminaries and international organizations and expressed the congress readiness to have contracts with seminaries.

It is worth noting that the First International Congress on the Outstanding Scientist Martyr Hasan Tehrani Moghadam, as the pioneer of the missile industry and the late commander of the Research and Self-sufficiency Jihad Organization of IRGC, will be held in the twelfth  anniversary of this dignified martyr by Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University (where he was educated) and the Organization for the Preservation and Publication of Martyr Tehrani Moghadam and his Fellows Works and Values (Ghadir Martyrs Organization) and with the cooperation of universities and scientific institutions and has five main topics including right-centeredness and Walayat-orientedness, leadership model and management styles, morality and family-centeredness, horizons, goals, and strategies, and innovation, creativity and science-based products and 30 minor topics in 12 scientific, literary, artistic, and media sections (i.e. books, articles, MA theses and PhD dissertations, strategic notes and reports, infographic design, motion graphics, music videos and clips, photos, personal notes, short stories, poems, and anthems) and a special section on architectural design of the Martyr Tehran Moghadam memorial and scientific-technological-cultural complex and a special medal for the students, university students, faculty members and administrators. The committee invite the academia, university students, students, and those who are interested in knowing the Martyr Tehrani Moghadam in Iran and abroad to submit their works in the abovementioned formats. The deadline for submitting the works is October 14^th, 2023. The closing ceremony will be held on November 13^th, 2023.
